Web design in West Palm Beach, FL, built to compete.

Sea Grape Labs designs and develops custom websites and business systems for West Palm Beach. I’m Scott, based up the road in Jupiter, and I build for downtown firms, restaurants, shops and service companies across the city: designed from a blank page, a working preview within 48 hours, and a website you own.

And the systems behind the site: online booking, invoices, payments and client portals, built by the same person who builds your website.

West Palm Beach

A real downtown, and a lot of competition.

West Palm Beach is Palm Beach County’s city center: office towers along Flagler Drive and the waterfront, the restaurants and nightlife of Clematis Street, the shops and galleries of Northwood Village and Antique Row, and the Brightline station bringing people up from Fort Lauderdale and Miami. It moves faster than the towns up north, and so do its customers.

Here, people compare a few businesses on their phone and decide in minutes. A downtown law firm, a restaurant two blocks off Clematis and a contractor working the neighborhoods all face the same test: look established, load fast and make the next step obvious. Bigger businesses also tend to need more behind the site, from intake forms and client portals to online ordering and invoices.

Every site I build is designed from a blank page and can grow into a full system you own. Portofino Frost, Thee Ice Cream Lady of West Palm Beach, is a good example: a website that books her events, plus an admin for bookings, deposit invoices, pop-ups and her online shop. Read the Portofino Frost case study.

Try it yourself

Send an inquiry. Watch what happens behind the site.

This is a working sample of the system behind a website, for a made-up West Palm Beach roofing company. You play the customer, then the owner. Nothing you type is sent anywhere.

Sample business · nothing is sent

  4. Invoice
  5. Payment

Your office (the system)

Your phone

What the sample shows, step by step

    1. A customer asks for a quote or an appointment on the website.
    2. The request lands in your customer list right away, and your phone gets a notification.
    3. You offer times; the customer books one, and it goes on your calendar with a reminder.
    4. After the job you send an invoice with a pay button.
    5. The customer pays by card, gets a receipt, and the payment shows up in your numbers. Nothing typed twice.

    Why it matters

What a West Palm Beach business needs from its website.

In a city this size you’re rarely the only option. Customers search, open a few sites side by side and choose quickly. So every site I build for West Palm starts with three jobs: show up when people search the city, look established next to bigger competitors, and make it easy to call, book or buy.

    02

Designed around your business, not a template

From the downtown towers to the shops in Northwood, West Palm has every kind of business, and a lot of the websites start to look alike. I design yours from a blank page around your brand, your customers and what you do better than the place down the street.

    03

Every inquiry lands on your phone

Leads from every form, booking and order land in one place and on your phone, with spam filtered out. As you grow, add intake forms, client portals, invoices and team logins to the same system instead of juggling apps. See CRM and business systems and automation.

Absolutely amazing work! Could not recommend Scott at Seagrape labs enough. You can tell he takes a lot of pride in his work with the website he built my business I have all the tools I need for it to run smoothly.

    • Wilmarie Salcedo

Sea Grape Labs built me an amazing website for my new business, but what really blew me away was everything they built behind it! Scott created an entire system for my tax, accounting, and bookkeeping business that lets me manage my clients, documents, bookkeeping, and day-to-day operations all in one place.
He really took the time to understand what I needed and built things I didn't even know were possible. Everything looks professional, is easy to use, and was customized specifically for my business. I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. Highly recommend Scott and Sea Grape Labs!
