A salon website that feels like a Jupiter beach day.
DeeDee wanted a site that feels like her chair, shows her work, and stops the back and forth of booking by text. We built a website where clients ask for a time, and an admin where she says yes, offers another time, and keeps her money in order.
The client
About DeeDee Beaupre Salon.
DeeDee Beaupre is the stylist behind the chair at her Jupiter salon, doing haircuts, color, highlights and smoothing treatments for women, men and kids.
She wanted a website that felt like her salon instead of a template, and a simple way to manage visits without endless texts.
- Business
- Hair salon: cuts, color, highlights and smoothing
- Based in
- Jupiter, Florida
- Booking
- Visit requests she approves
- Live since
- October 2026
The challenge
What the project had to solve.
- 01
Look like her salon, not a template
Most salon sites look the same. Hers needed to feel like salt air and sunshine from the first screen.
- 02
Less back and forth
Clients needed to send the service, the time they want and a photo of their hair in one go, instead of a string of texts.
- 03
She stays in control of her day
Online booking that fills any open slot does not work for color that can run long. Every visit needed her yes first.
- 04
Simple enough to run between clients
Her gallery, services, clients and money needed to live in one place she can update in a few taps.
The website
Built around her chair.
Designed from a blank page around how DeeDee actually books her day.
A beach scene that moves
A hand-drawn Jupiter beach scene with swaying palms runs through the site, so it feels like her salon from the first second.
Visit requests she approves
Clients pick a service, a day and a time. Nothing is booked until DeeDee says yes or suggests another time.
Photos with the request
Clients can send a photo of their hair today, so she knows what she is working with before they arrive.
Pay ahead online
Services can be paid ahead with card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through a secure checkout.
A private page for every client
Clients sign in with their email to see their visits, and confirmations include a private link to view or cancel, plus a reminder the day before.
Her work, front and center
A gallery of real clients' hair and a services menu she updates herself.
The owner admin
Her whole day in one place.
The private admin DeeDee runs the salon from.
Her admin holds real client details, so it is described here instead of shown.
Requests and calendar
- Request inboxEvery visit request with its photos, ready to approve, answer with other times, or decline.
- CalendarAppointments sized to how long each service takes, with time blocked off when she needs it.
- Phone calendar syncApproved visits show up on the calendar she already uses on her phone.
- Email alertsEach new request is emailed to her and waits in her admin.
Her website
- GalleryAdd, remove and reorder photos of her work.
- ServicesEdit services, descriptions and their order on the site.
- ClientsHer client list, with a new client form she can send and an import for existing clients.
Money
- PaymentsCard payments from the site, plus cash, Zelle, Venmo and check payments she records herself.
- InvoicesInvoices for clients, matched to the payments that settle them.
- ExpensesSpending with photos of receipts, and a running total of money in and out.
On a phone
Where customers actually look.
Real screens from the finished site. Tap any one to see it full size.
In the client's words
Client review
I would highly recommend Scott and Sea Grape Labs. He built me a website for my salon in less than a day! He was extremely responsive, fast, thorough and helped me through every step of the way! The process was so easy and smooth. If there were changes I needed made he changed then immediately! He heard exactly what I wanted and executed it perfectly! He even went above and beyond and helped me design a custom booking process for my clients. I couldn't be happier.
How it connects
From a request to her calendar.
- 01Client requests a visit
- 02Photo of their hair attached
- 03DeeDee gets an email
- 04Request waits in her admin
- 05She approves or offers a time
- 06Confirmation and private link
- 07On her phone calendar
- 08Reminder the day before
The website and her admin share one database, so a request never has to be copied anywhere. It arrives, she answers it, and the client and her calendar both know the plan.
