AI that works inside your business.

Sea Grape Labs builds practical AI connected to real business systems: website assistants that answer from your own content, assistants inside your CRM and books, private search across your documents and procedures, and controlled agents that take real actions with your approval. Answers can show their source, and you decide what AI can and can’t touch.

Live demo

Ask a company handbook.

A fictional pool service company’s procedures, searchable in plain English. Every answer shows exactly which document it came from.

Live demo, fictional data

Loading the demo…

Every Sea Grape demo runs on fictional data in an isolated environment. A demo never sends real email or SMS, never charges a real card, never touches a production client, never exposes credentials and never changes a production system.

How it connects

Not a tool. A system.

AI is only as good as what it can see. We connect it to your real records and documents, set clear limits on what it can do, and keep a person in the loop wherever a mistake would matter.

The path

  1. Your CRM, documents and books
  2. AI with clear limits
  3. An answer with its source, or a drafted action
  4. You approve
  5. Done and logged

  • Know-how lives in one person’s headA private, searchable knowledge base of your procedures and documents.
  • Reports take an afternoonAsk your numbers a question in plain English.
  • Worried about AI doing something wrongApproval steps, limits on what it can touch, and a full activity log.

Questions

Frequently asked questions.

Will the AI make things up?

We design assistants to answer from your own data, show their sources, and say when they don’t know. No AI is perfect, so we add human review wherever a wrong answer would matter.

Is our data private?

Your data stays in your own systems. We use AI providers whose business terms don’t train their models on your data, and we only send what a task needs.

What does AI cost to run?

AI providers charge by usage, which for most small businesses is a modest monthly amount. We estimate it up front and can set spending limits.

Can AI take actions, not just answer?

Yes. Controlled agents can draft estimates, update records or send follow-ups, with approval steps and limits you set.

Do we even need AI?

Often not. If a simple automation does the job better, we’ll tell you and build that instead.

Not sure where to start?

Tell us the idea.

If it can be built, connected or automated, we’ll figure out the right way to approach it.
